Refund policy

Each Third Reign product is made to order. We do not generally accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection or an incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or materially different from the order, contact hello@thirdreignmusic.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assess a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
